The DUXO is equipped with one horizontal shaped light line and one single LED. User friendly and economical, its compact design also offers the advantage to fit all kinds of luggage carrier types. Hooked up to your generator hub, the Elips dynamo is powered for life keeping you eternally safe after dark. The Elips is equipped with a huge reflector and 320 degrees of side visibility, it's an absolute no-brainer for any city cyclist. Designed to fit rear carriers with light plates fitting 50mm or 80mm, this rear light is a seamless fit to any bike and is easy to install. The Duxo will also keep your rear covered when stopped. With a built-in Safe-Stop capacitor, the Duxo will hold the charge for 4 minutes when stopped so there’s no worrying at a red light. SPANNINGA COMPANY HISTORY: While most lighting enthusiasts in North America know companies like German companies like Busch and Muller, (or if they're real aficionados: Supernova and Schmidt) the dominant lighting company in Europe is Holland's own Spanninga. And, that shouldn't be surprising, because most city bikes come from Holland. While the North American bike industry continues to try selling our customers USB lights with more and more lumens, they haven't yet focussed on the biggest issue: theft. To our customers it doesn't seem to make much sense to spend a ton of money on lights that may be bright, but also get stolen the minute you forget to take them off. Spanninga makes great looking dynamo or battery (no trendy USB's) lights that are just as bright as any other company, but best of all they bolt to your bike (and well priced).
